No. Every program starts with an assessment of where you actually are, then builds from there. Most people come to us precisely because they don’t know where to start.
Book a consult. It’s a conversation about you, your history, and what you want — no session, no pressure.
Training clothes and shoes. Towels and change-room amenities are provided.
Personal training is 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 with a coach’s full attention. Semi-private is a group of up to six with one coach, where everyone follows their own program alongside each other. Same coaching standard, different energy.
Sessions run an hour. Your coach will recommend a weekly frequency after your assessment based on your goals and schedule.
Yes — it’s one of the things we specialize in. Bring any diagnoses or practitioner notes to your assessment and we’ll build the program around them.
Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 8 PM. Saturday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Closed Sundays.

Not at all. Adventure travel is there for members who want a goal with a plane ticket attached — plenty of members never travel with us and train just as hard.
It depends on the route, and that’s the point — once you’ve picked a trip, your training shifts toward its demands. We’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic.
